All as(all) by hersekf is an idiomatic phrase. The adverb is always used before by herself, by myself, by themselvesall, etc. to form idiomatic phrases.
Besidesif used, "by" is a preposition and "by myself is anwith the adverbial phrase. You by oneself, it always use all + adjective/preposition/adverbialcomes before the phrase.
