Jun 21, 2022 at 7:22 comment added PPH @BoldBen. I respectfully disagree. I think both "experience in" and "experience of" can be followed by noun/verb.

Oct 18, 2016 at 22:11 comment added BoldBen For me 'experience in' is used mainly when the experience is described using a noun while 'experience of' can be used when the description uses either a noun or a verb. For example "I have experience in Microsoft Word" can also be expressed as "I have experience of Microsoft Word" but "I have experience of using Microsoft Word" is very unlikely to be expressed as "I have experience in using Microsoft Word"
