Aug 26, 2014 at 5:58 comment added Jasper It is possible that "lesser" is modifying "tenancy" directly. This might be an example with multiple "assured tenancies", one of which is a "lesser tenancy". Also, "lesser" sounds like "lessor", which has a completely different meaning. You might need to find other examples to figure out what word is meant here, let alone what it means.
