The first makes a statement of fact: of all people, a study found 43 percent are under heavy stress (and) had weak concentration). The second introduces a group: people who were described as being under heavy stress; of those, 43 percent had weak concentration, etc. This is a math problem, not just a grammar one, isn't it? | |
