The entire lyrics to the anthem can be found here. But what I'm having trouble with is in the first verse:

God save our gracious Queen
Long live our noble Queen
God save the Queen
Send her victorious
Happy and glorious
Long to reign over us
God save the Queen

I'm not sure how one should understand thisthat part of the anthem. First of all, they're asking God to send the Queen what or where? Secondly, how do those three adjectives, victorious, happy and glorious, work there grammatically? I'm sorry, but I can't make sense of it.
