Wikipedia gives /ʃɪˈkɑːɡoʊ/ , which sounds like a proper pronunciation to me. Natives reduce this in various ways; I pronounce it [ʃ(e)ˈkɑːɡoʊ] , though in lazy pronunciation I barely pronounce the [g] or omit it entirely. (I grew up near Chicago.)
