You are correct. It will make a difference in the outcome of the objective. The critical outcomes must simply be accomplished with high quality and within a reasonable period of time (they should be qualitative as well as quantitative). Without paying attention to detail,you can not produce high quality work and therefore can not achieve the desired result (the results desired by the organization). In other words,this approach (accomplishing a large amount of work within a short amount of time) alone does not necessarily meet the needs of an organization.
