I want to say that I don't know what kind of person I'd be now without ever experiencing depression BUT I still have depression, it's not just a thing from the past so which one should I use:

"I don't know what kind of person I would be if I didn't have depression" or "I don't know what kind of person I would be if I hadn't had depression" or should I just rephrase it and say "I don't know who I would be without depression" or just something entirely different?

I am answering this here due to the depression angle. If you are no longer depressed or have depression: past perfect. Please try at least to name these things correctly. It will improve your chances of not having your question closed. – Lambie Nov 16 at 20:02
