Does it make sense to use "dare" with "have done?

How dare you have done it?

I think it is grammatically correct but what does it mean? Is it a subjunctive mood?

I'm sure that strictly speaking the primary verb should be past tense to match the predicate: How dared you have done it? More naturally, although far more complex: How did you dare to have done it? Even more naturally: How could you have dared [to] do it? , where the infinitive marker to is effectively optional. Bottom line, How dared you have [verbed]? isn't very idiomatic compared to How could you have dared [to] [verb]? – FumbleFingers Reinstate Monica Jan 6 at 17:42
