An ELL post says

I'm used to use 'from' or 'with' frequently.

I am aware that "get used to" and "be used to" mean "become familiar with". So, I think that sentence seems a bit wordy. I could have said

I use 'from' and 'with' a lot.

So, is the sentence "I'm used to use ... frequently" wordy?

This is a question of style, not grammar. As for grammar, the problem with the first example is that used to takes a noun as an object, not a verb, so it should be "I'm used to using 'from' or 'with' frequently". – The Photon Mar 24 at 0:35
