Why does every guy has to / have to say that or use that sentence? Should I use has or have? I can't really figure out the singular or plural.

What’s the difference between has and have? The main difference between has and have depends on the subject of a sentence.
Has is used with singular subjects and with the pronouns he, she, and it.
Have is used with plural subjects and with the pronouns I, you, we, and they. Ref. https://www.grammarly.com/blog/has-vs-have/#:~:text=What's%20the%20difference%20between%20has,you%2C%20we%2C%20and%20they.

OP's query

Why does every guy has to / have to say that or use that sentence? Should I use has or have? I can't really figure out the singular or plural.

How would you ask a question for the rhyme - Mary had a little lamb.

Past:- Did Many have a little lamb?

Present:- Does Mary have a little lamb?

Plural:- Do they have a little lamb?

Please note that "have" verbs didn't change but 'do' verb changes with the tense. Similarly in OP's case:
Why does every guy have to say that or use that sentence?
