My order has just been cancelled but I can't find the refund. When did you refund me ?
I think "was cancelled" should be better because the refund happens obviously after the cancellation.So if the refund belongs already to the past it is better to use a past tense for the cancellation .
I think it is better in this case not to mix tenses, am I right ?
