I'm a technical writer whose career has been focused on information technologies, information security, and software product documentation.

I came a long way to arrive at technical writing for the time being. I attended Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary for 2.5 years. I left and made my part-time job fixing computers a full time job.

I started doing IT support work in the San Francisco area and learned a lot. I also learned that I could write better than other IT folks. That lead to me specializing in documentation for my IT teams. I continue to do documentation for cybersecurity products.
