I am confused which of the below sentences is correct.

1. I know which book Roy sent to me belongs to Tomy.
2. I know the book that Roy sent to me belongs to Tomy.

I think both of these above correct.the defference is first sentence is Noun clause and another one adjective. What is different in meaning is unknown to me.
