"is "Is this" vs "isn't"Isn't it"

I am really confused about this and wanted to share/learn.

WithI was talking with one of my Canadian friend ifriends with whom I would like to hangout was talkinghang out, about a song and iI wanted to say:

"What a good song is this!" (i don't know if it needs to end with "!" or "?")

butBut something inwithin me said it's not a good usage of English than i, so I decided to say

"Isn't it a good song?"

and inow I am stuck right at that point causebecause none of the above sounded right.

Which way i can I tell my friend that iI liked this song and ask him if he liked it tooor not?
